Day 4
Tyler's weight: 212.6 lbs
Erika's weight: 119.4 lbs
Today was a much better day then I anticipated.
5:30 am workout class at the gym, more protein intake, lots of fruits and vegetables and my energy is still going strong! Work flew by and I got in a round of disc golf before starting to lag but another juice got me back on track for the rest of my day.
Here's how the juicing went -
Breakfast
1 protein shake
1 banana
Lunch
1 juice from bulk cucumber batch
1 apple
Snack
1 bunch kale
4 pears
6 small beats
1 ginger knob
Dinner
4 carrots
1 handful spinach
1 bag red lettuce
1 jalapeno
2 cucumbers
2 garlic cloves
It feels good to be shredding fat and gaining some strength. Class is a slap in the face every morning, but that's what I wanted when I signed up and that's what I need.
It's getting easier not to think about food every time I get hungry. When the feeling hits me I just drink a glass of water and push through til I get my next shake or juice. Don't stop if you really want it, my friends!
