Last night ended with a bit of the World Cup, a couple rounds of disc golf ( my best day on record ), and a refreshing dinner juice designed by Erika.

6 tomatoes
3 celery stalks
1/2 jalapeno
pinch of sea salt
This ended Day 2 of our 14 day cleanse, but changes had to be made. Stay around and see what alterations are made on Day 3.
